Nick, if you are referring to the rules we went over with you, that was a document you verbally agreed to but did not sign. Andy (Farabow) and I signed the document but you were not required to. Why would you want this? It is considered an internal document that we would not be allowed to release.

That's it. I believed I did sign*, but signing, is not necessary. There was a ( purpose for the meeting, and (attendance of the second agent) Andy, and the lady agent where there to witness. Everyone is entitled to a copy of agreements in writing. Especially when someone only "touches the high points."
* Added Note: I knew I didn't sign and would never have agreed to an irresponsible action. The FBI misrepresented to entrap, and I misrepresented to obtain evidence. There was no other way to get this evidence. When lied too you are justified to lie to get evidence! Now deal with it!
Note:
The original meeting with FBI agents Bradley Thompson and Andy (Farabow) Farabow was arranged by Thompson to discuss evidence of Colorado crimes, but instead was switched to a list of hand scratch of generic questions that could have fit most liquor and convenience story crimes.
At the start of the meeting Thompson mentioned he had some bureaucratic trivia to go over, but would only touch on the high points. I wasn't allowed to see the bureaucratic trivia document.
Then Thomppson switched to a list of hand scratch of generic questions that could have fit most liquor and convenience story crimes. Thompson never ask an on point question by evidence for crimes in either state, other than how much money was involved in Oklahoma.
